Ton Orga Photography

Week Three

= FEIXES II =

Finally, HDR!
This was a pending topic from last week, as my first try with HDR photography was less than optimal. I love how this technique combines with desaturated and unreal colours. It’s obvious that it requires quite a lot of post-processing, but as well as you can notice it I think it’s worth using it for some particular pictures.

Location: “Feixes”, Orpí
Camera: Nikon D80 + Nikor 14-24mm 1:2.8G ED — Focal length: 15mm (22mm equivalent)
Apperture: 10.0f — Speed: 1/10” +-1.0EV — ISO: 100

Bonus pictures, quite a lot this time ’cause I was on holidays (don’t get used to it ;-)):

= CASTELL DE FRONTERA =

Same technique, partially desaturated sky.

Location: Santa Perpètua de Gaià
Camera: Nikon D80 + Nikor 14-24mm 1:2.8G ED — Focal length: 14mm (21mm equivalent)
Apperture: 10.0f — Speed: 1/50” +-1.0EV — ISO: 100

—  DEVASTED LAND  —

HDR again…

Location: Quarry close to Sant Magí de la Brufaganya
Camera: Nikon D80 + Nikor 14-24mm 1:2.8G ED — Focal length: 14mm (21mm equivalent)
Apperture: 5.0f — Speed: 1/100” +-1.0EV — ISO: 100

And now, for something completely different:

= WAY BACK HOME =

This is a long exposure picture, taken on the way back from this weekend holidays. We had the moon in front of us and I couldn’t resist taking this snapshot.
